MCM 3000 is equipped with high speed motor to make cuts fast, accurate and clean, in hoses with internal diameter from 1/4” to 3” with textile braids and steel spirals.

The cutting disc is mounted inside the machine by exposing only the area of the disk that will make the cut in the hose, making the MCM 3000 machine a safe and reliable equipment. The accuracy and efficiency of cutting is achieved through adjustable pins on the cutting table, providing flexibility and firmness ideal for any diameter hoses.

The cooling system prevents overheating of the disk, ensuring the efficiency of cutting all the course and greatly reduce the odor generated by the process.
